Welcome to Den3, a vetted community platform for Web3 founders. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, founder database, community features, and membership services. By using Den3, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to join, accessing our platform, or participating in Den3 activities, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility and Membership
2.1 Who Can Join
Den3 is open to Web3 founders, technical leads, and operators aged 18+. All applications are reviewed, and membership is granted at our discretion.
2.2 Application Process
You must provide accurate information during application, including your project details, LinkedIn profile, and Give/Ask statements. False or misleading information may result in rejection or removal.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Membership Tiers
3.1 Alpha Den (Free)
Provides access to the Founder Database, Monthly General Assembly calls, and LinkedIn group.
3.2 Primal Den & Apex Den (NFT-Based)
Premium tiers launching Q2-Q3 2026. NFT membership grants access to exclusive features including Weekly Stages, private channels, strategy sessions, and governance rights. NFTs are non-refundable once minted.
3.3 Membership Termination
We reserve the right to revoke membership for violations of our Code of Conduct, including spamming, harassment, or misuse of the platform.
4. Founder Database
4.1 Data Sharing
By joining Den3, you consent to having your profile (name, project, LinkedIn, Twitter, Give/Ask statements, and expertise tags) displayed in our searchable Founder Database visible to other verified members.
4.2 Accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your database profile accurate and up-to-date.
4.3 Database Use
The database is for networking and collaboration only. Commercial solicitation, scraping, or unauthorized use of member data is strictly prohibited.
5. Code of Conduct
All members must:
Treat others with respect and professionalism
Provide value through "Give First" contributions
Avoid spamming, shilling, or aggressive self-promotion
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
Respect intellectual property and confidential information shared by peers
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal without refund.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Platform Ownership
All Den3 content, branding, software, and materials are owned by Den3 and protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 User-Generated Content
By submitting content (including Give/Ask statements, presentations, or feedback), you grant Den3 a non-exclusive license to display and distribute such content within the community.
6.3 Confidentiality
Information shared in private channels, Stage sessions, or strategy calls should be treated as confidential unless explicitly stated otherwise by the sharing party.
7. NFT Memberships
7.1 No Refunds
NFT memberships (Primal Den, Apex Den) are digital assets. Once minted, they are non-refundable.
7.2 Transferability
NFTs may be transferred or sold on secondary markets. Access rights transfer with the NFT.
7.3 Utility Only
Den3 NFTs grant membership access and are not investment vehicles. They hold no promise of financial return.
8. Privacy and Data Use
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes:
Profile information for the Founder Database
Communication preferences
Participation in events and calls
Wallet addresses for NFT memberships
You may request data deletion by contacting us at hello@den3.io.
9. Third-Party Services
Den3 may integrate with third-party platforms (Airtable, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, NFT marketplaces). We are not responsible for their policies, security, or functionality.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 No Guarantees
Den3 does not guarantee specific outcomes, introductions, partnerships, funding, or business success. We provide a platform for peer networking.
10.2 Member Vetting
While we review all applications, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of member profiles or the quality of every interaction.
10.3 Platform Availability
Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Den3 is not liable for:
Loss of business opportunities, revenue, or data
Actions or conduct of other members
Technical issues, outages, or data breaches
Third-party service failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the prior six months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Den3 from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Den3 constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
14. Termination
14.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@den3.io.
14.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, inactivity, or at our discretion.
